A message from the Editor-in-Chief

"It is one of the greatest honors to serve as the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the South Carolina Undergraduate Law Journal. I owe this accomplishment not only to the founding staff, but to the founding exec, who believed in me and my plan for this organization.
Throughout my tenure, I want nothing else but to provide the University--as well as the country--with high level research from some of the most ambitious and driven students I have met.
I have an ambitious vision for the Journal and I look forward to you seeing it unfold."
- Steven Carredano Mendez, Founder & Editor-in-Chief
